Hi there! I made this image about one year ago - first steps in 3d! I saw this character's 2d version on my dear doctor's avatar and I decided to make a gift for her. Modeled with 3dsmax and rendered with default scanline render. I'm not sure but she told me that this character is a band cover of Korn. Hope you like it.
